Engaged in combative exchanges with fellow board members and staff
Consistently interrupted discussions and hijacked agendas
Displayed rude and dismissive behavior…
Created a hostile environment…

MSF Letter Requesting Removal of Angelina Sulaka from MSF Board

Letter was signed by entire board and submitted to President. Sulaka was subsequently asked to step down and refused. Village leadership scared of backlash does nothing allowing this dysfunctional board to stay in tact amidst an unprecedented vacancy rate for downtown businesses.

Resignation letter from Director of Economic Development

– Public trust is being eroded through ongoing grandstanding, the misuse of public platforms to cast doubt on the competence and integrity of staff
– husband and wife…exacerbates an already dysfunctional atmosphere
– I… have been consistently undermined and disrespected in both public and private settings.

Village Administrator Follow-up letter detailing reasons for resignation

– an environment that fails to respect, protect and value diversity
– enduring harassment and discrimination…race and age

Resignation letter from Village of Franklin Clerk
What Angelina Sulaka's political sign should have read instead of "more life for franklin". Racism, age discrimination, and bullying lead to entire office staff resigning.
Angelina Sulaka was responsible for a work environment so toxic it lead to the entire staff of the village of franklin resigning, a truthful yard sign like this would have helped the village avoid the disaster of her leadership.
